We’re excited to unveil a host of recent enhancements on Dretza that are designed to make your shopping journey even more seamless and enjoyable. Let’s have a look at what’s new.

Brand New Review Features

Since the time we posted, we were hard at work to deliver some exciting new features around how you consume reviews as part of your purchase research process. Some of the enhancements are minor quality of life enhancements but some are pretty significant as I’m sure you’ll agree! Let’s go through them, shall we?

Updated Review Card

We’ve polished a bit the look of the card but more importantly, you can now notice a couple of new things:

Review Positivity score

The Review Positivity score is calculated based on the analysis of the review’s text

Analysis Section

The new Analysis section on the review card shows you at a glance a quick summary of what the review covers but also how the positive or negative the reviewer felt about a particular aspect. Do you have question about the acceleration of a car and want to hear what reviewers think? You can quickly see their opinion and if you feel like it, you can jump into the video to hear more or as you’ll find out shortly, we’ve enabled a brand new experience in the Review Details page that will get you just that in no time.

New Review Details Page

Reviews are an important of the purchasing process, so we thought it deserved a brand new page. Get comprehensive insights into what top reviewers are saying before making your decision. At Dretza, we’ve been there so that’s why we think we need to streamline that experience.

Enhanced Video Layout

While the video embedded in the card in the item details allows you to check out the video and expand it as needed, we thought we could do better. By having a dedicated page for the review, we can now display a larger version of the video that’s more convenient to watch.

Summary Section

As part of the new review page, we can now have more space to display the review summary, which makes the reading process much more pleasant.

Analysis Section

Now this is the section that prompted the need for a brand new page. We’re super excited to introduce the Analysis section. Let’s dive a bit more into what’s included.

Review Aspect

We’re analyzing the reviews in a structured way that’s based on the typical aspects you can find in reviews for a particular item type. For example, for cars we’re considering multiple aspects such as the acceleration, the infotainment system, etc. This allows us to classify the statements or opinions of the reviewer. While we capturing the statements, we take the additional step of identifying whether it’s something positive or negative about the item.

In the example provided above, we can see the reviewer made a couple of statements regarding the acceleration of the vehicle. As nothing positive was identified under that particular aspect, a positivity score of 0% was calculated for that particular aspect.

Enhanced Review Filtering

As there are multiple aspects and multiple relevant statements identified in the review, we thought it was necessary to provide a quick an easy way to filter the aspect based their low, medium or high positivity score but also filter statements based on their sentiment, being positive, or negative. Using these filters, you can now quickly focus on what you are after.

Discover the cream of the crop within our research accelerators. We’ve included the top 10 items to make your selection process even more efficient. No need to start a custom purchase research in the Purchase Solver if you’re good with the results of the research accelerator!

Seamless Specification Navigation

We’ve improved navigation from item specifications to provide you with more detailed information about the type of specification and its value. It’s easier than ever to access the specifics you need.

For example, you can now quickly jump to the Hatchback body style specification value details page which can show you in which other item types that particular specification value is used but also other items that have that specific value. In this case, other hatchback cars.

6. Boosted Search Functionality:

Our search functionality is faster and more efficient, ensuring you find the products you’re looking for with ease. We removed some of those pesky waits that were happening when you pressed enter to submit your search.
